This project is part of the Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP). The project involves asphaltic concrete paving, pulverizing, pavement removal, shaping and grading, milling of asphaltic concrete, removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter, structure rim adjustments, driveway transitions, storm inlet adjustments and rebuilds, removal and replacement of public water laterals, parking lot construction, and incidental construction. All work is included in a single prime contract.

There is a non-refundable charge of $25.00 for downloading electronic Contract Documents, including the drawings and specifications. Hard copy documents will not be provided. Contract Documents, including the drawings and specifications, will be available on April 2nd, 2025.
To submit an online bid (which is required for this project) you must download the project bid document file from QuestCDN which will add you to the plan holders list and gain you access to Online Bidding. Electronic bids must be submitted on Quest vBid www.questcdn.com for a non-refundable fee of $45.00.
A bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to City of Muskego at least 3 days before the bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to the City of Muskego equal to five percent of the bid. If the successful bidder fails to execute the contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond shall be forfeited to City of Muskego as liquidated damages per Wisconsin Statues.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the opening date.
Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages.
City of Muskego reserves the right to accept the most advantageous bid, or to reject any and all bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
