NOTICEThe City of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 893.77(2), Wisconsin Statutes, that on December 3, 2025 a resolution was offered, read, approved, and adopted whereby the Commissioners of the Public Debt of the City authorized the sale and issuance of the City's Sewerage System Second Lien Revenue Bonds, Series 2025 S6 and the execution and delivery of a contract with the State of Wisconsin Clean Water Fund Program to sell said Bonds in the principal amount of up to $14,361,017. The anticipated date of issuance of the Bonds is December 10, 2025. A copy of the proceedings authorizing the issuance of the Bonds is on file and may be examined in the Office of the Comptroller, City Hall Room 404, 200 E. Wells St., Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Said Section 893.77(2) requires an action or proceeding to contest the validity of any municipal bond or other financing for other than constitutional reasons to be commenced within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice.
