The project includes but is not limited to the following approximated quantities of work: Furnish, Install and Construct Base Bid: 657 LF 8-inch sanitary sewer main cured in place pipe lining 330 LF sanitary sewer lateral televising 9 EACH reinstate and grout sanitary sewer service connections Furnish, Install and Construct Alternate Bid: 450 LF 18-inch sanitary sewer main cured in place pipe lining 1 LPSM of sanitary sewer bypass for Rolling Meadows Drive 1850 LF 27-inch sanitary sewer main cured in place pipe lining 1320 LF sanitary sewer lateral televising 33 EACH reinstate and grout sanitary sewer service connections Time and Place of Bid Opening: Sealed proposals will be received at the City Administrative Offices, on the fourth floor of the Fond du Lac City County Government Center, 160 South Macy Street, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, until 3:00 PM CST, on Thursday, May 21, 2026. Prepare proposals on the proposal forms provided in the specifications. Submit proposals in person or by mail addressed to City of Fond du Lac, P.O. Box 150, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, 54936-0150. Pre-Bid Qualifications: All bidders shall be required to file or have on file a valid 2026 Bidder's Proof of Responsibility form with the Engineering Division, not less than 5 days prior to the time of opening of these bids. Only bidders who have demonstrated their qualifications to perform the work will be permitted to bid. Proposal Guaranty: Each proposal shall be accompanied by a proposal guaranty, payable to the City of Fond du Lac, in the amount of 5% of the gross bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted as the successful bid, the bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and performance bond within 10 days after award of contract. Legal Provisions: This contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of sections 62.15, 66.0901, and 779.14 of Wisconsin Statutes.
