REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL ENGINEERING SERVICES – SOUTH SHORE FORCE MAIN IMPROVEMENTS CONTRACT NO. C07037D01The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District is issuing this Request for Proposals to solicit proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms who have experience with the rehabilitation of pressurized sewer mains (i.e., force mains). The primary goal of this project is to implement improvements to the South Shore Force Main (SSFM) that address identified condition-related risks and support reliable operation. The general scope of services for this contract includes project management, preliminary design, field investigation, surveying, final design, land acquisition and easement assistance, bid and award services, and engineering services during construction.
